She co-founded Bimadey Projects, a practice that expanded into furniture and interior design, and engineering services. With a Master's degree in International Business and Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück, Germany, Oluwaseun utilizes her expertise to drive growth and strategic initiatives for her ventures, focusing on quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction. Her collaborative leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have established her as a trusted leader and innovator in interior design, engineering, and business management.
Olushola Ajibola is a qualified Estate Surveyor and Valuer. A graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife Osun state, she left the institution with a B.Sc. (Hons) Estate Management. After having some pre-qualification experience in the real estate world, she worked for Estate links Ltd (International Real Estate Firm) from 2002 to 2004 and then moved over to Gbenga Olaniyan and Associates from 2004 to 2007 where she resigned as a Senior Estate Surveyor and went to the University of West of England Bristol to study a Masters in Construction Project Management. She had a brief stint with Interserve Plc. UK (Construction outfit) as the Assistant Facility Manager after which she resigned to start private practice in Nigeria. She is the Principal Partner of Mendip Projects Ltd and presently a director at Bimadey Projects Ltd
